EditVerse is the exclusive owner of all programming and content that can be viewed or used with the software. This covers all text, graphics, and software content. Therefore, it is unlawful for anyone to replicate or reuse any of the aforementioned for any service or other purpose that does not belong to EditVerse.
Communication details
We may communicate information about new offers or promotions or the status of a client's guidance through channels like emails or phone conversations. Our customers can contact us by phone, email, live chat, or by filling out a questionnaire. Only emails, calls, or messages that the customer receives through our official email address and assigned contact number will be our responsibility. We ask for an immediate report if any client receives correspondence from an email address or phone number unrelated to our official channels. EditVerse will not be held accountable for any unofficial emails, calls, or messages due to the increasing frequency of fraudulent activities.
Details of the payment
Clients must pay off all of their debts as soon as possible because advice on orders or other services won't start until all debts are paid. Dues can be paid online using Stripe or by making a direct bank transfer into our bank account. Our customer service representatives can provide our banking information.
Details concerning client privacy
In compliance with the Data Protection Act and the Companies Act, every client's privacy is protected to an extremely high degree. As a result, no private information is disclosed to unapproved parties. However, if and when the jurisdiction requests it, information may be shared with those who are authorised.
Service user liability
We will not be liable for any losses or property damage resulting from the improper use of any of our services.
Security of accounts
Initial account credentials, including usernames and passwords, will be provided to each client. The client will then be in charge of keeping the account secure. As soon as the client receives the initial passwords and usernames, we strongly advise them to change them.
Modifications to policies
At EditVerse, we reserve the right to review and amend any policy whenever we see fit. It is the client's responsibility to keep up with our policies, which will be accessible to all viewers as soon as they are updated.
Refund and cancellation policies
- There are no refunds for orders with a deadline of less than or equal to 24 hours.
- The business has the right to withhold 60% of the total amount as service fees if an order with a 48-hour deadline is cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- Refunds are not available for orders placed after the 48-hour deadline.
- After 90 to 120 business days following the order cancellation, the cancellation amount will be reimbursed.
- A 100% refund will not be available for every order.
- The amount of the refund will be reduced by the cost of any services rendered prior to the order cancellation.
- For dissertation and thesis guidance, cancellations made after 72 hours of order placement will not be accepted.
- Once the full guidance has been provided, no refunds will be accepted.
Refund policy exclusion
Customised services or particular products might not always be eligible for refunds under our regular refund policies. However, we might start a verification procedure to find out if the delivered product has been used on any platforms in order to fulfil extraordinary requests. A refund won't be given if the product is discovered to have been used.

Referral policy
“Advocates” are individuals who recommend editverse.co.uk to others. “Referrals” are individuals who are invited to editverse.co.uk by advocates.
Referrals must buy a product on editverse.co.uk in order to qualify for free work. Referrals must come from friends, coworkers, or family members of the advocate and must be brand-new editverse.co.uk customers who have never made a purchase there. Advocates will receive free work up to 3000 words; if this amount is exceeded, they will be charged for the additional words.
Revision policy
Due to the urgency, there will be rush revision fees if a revision is needed within a day. Depending on the type of revisions, the fees may change from the initial £100.00.
Copyrights
In order to legally own the rights to the submitted work, customers must obtain their copyrights and NOC cleared from the company.
